取消語言課

除了Public policy&Management外，MSc International Development相關(guān)的7個專業(yè)不再設(shè)置語言課。

還有，申請材料盡量專業(yè)、全面，另外建議大家準備一份百分比的成績單，確保萬無一失，避免浪費時間。
